Following a car accident, Helen suffered considerable loss of movement in her neck and upper back. Even after intensive physiotherapy she still couldn’t turn her head properly. As you can imagine, this made everyday life both challenging and painful.

Helen was recommended acupuncture, and after just a short course, the movement in her neck was fully restored and she was no longer in pain.  With the success Helen experienced through treatment of her neck and back, she went on to find that acupuncture was extremely beneficial in managing her migraines, which she suffered from since her teenage years.

These results inspired her to train in acupuncture, in the hope of bringing similar relief to others, and she became a professional acupuncturist in 2004. Helen offers so much more than pain relief and develops a bespoke treatment that encompasses every aspect of the individual.

Helen uses acupuncture to treat a wide range of conditions, across the physical, mental and emotional aspects of human health in both adults and children. To find out how transformative Helen’s treatments are, please take a look at the testimonials.

Fertility is an area of particular interest to Helen.  She works with many couples who have difficulty conceiving naturally, often in close collaboration with the fertility consultants and specialists at Good Hope Hospital, Sutton Coldfield.  Working alongside conventional medical treatments, she uses acupuncture to help achieve optimum health on the road to conception.

Helen has experienced the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with fertility challenges. Her own journey ended well, following IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) treatment with acupuncture, and she is now the proud mother of triplets.  There are no guarantees, but she aims to help and support as many clients as possible achieve the baby for which they long and reduce the personal stress of fertility treatment.
